ZB-47 Submachine Gun
The ZB-47 was a submachine gun of Czechoslovak origin chambered in the 9x19mm Parabellum round fed from a 32 round magazine. The weapon was intended for tank and vehicle crews, Linkwho beeing forced to operate in cramped spaces, required compact weapon without protruding parts (e.g. magazine). It had an unconventional thumbhole grip (featured nowadays on FN P-90) and came with a fixed wood or metal retractable stock. The magazine of the ZB-47 was positioned horizontally, assisted with a swiveling pivoted extractor to cycle its operation. Magazine cover also served as guide for retractable metal stock.
